Clubs Urged To Wind Up Their Transfer Business
ZRU Head of Development Charles Banda has urged clubs to ensure they wind up all their transfer business before the 29th of February this year. He said this is because the club will enforce a strict 35 player per club policy this year in order to get as close to the World Rugby 30 player a club guideline. Clubs will not be allowed to register players outside the transfer window.
